The official launch of Harry’s Best Bites!
Before I even had Harrison, I knew I wanted to make his baby food. I love being in the kitchen, I love making things for my family & friends, & it’s just so….organic. & y’all know me, I’m not exactly “crunchy” by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like knowing that what goes into my kid is fresh & wholesome. So I purchased a Beaba BabyCook machine – we didn’t have a blender, I had a coupon, & I knew I’d be strapped for time as a working mom. & this just made sense – I could make his food, but not be up until 2am making it.
I started making food here & there….a few rounds of apples, then branched out into chicken, then some sweet potatoes. A couple rounds of peas (it took two tries to get them to a consistency he would eat), some cranberry applesauce, & green beans.
It’s SO EASY. I repeat: SO EASY. Just plop the food into the BabyCook, fill up the water level, turn it on, & walk away. So since potatoes (pictured above) can take awhile to steam, I plop them in & walk away for 15 minutes. Then come back, puree them, store them, & the whole process takes roughly 5 minutes total since I don’t have to stand by the BabyCook, or a steaming stove.
& it has been such a blessing with Harrison’s reflux as we’ve had to go thicker & thicker with his foods than is sold in the stores, all in the name of weighing down his stomach acid (gross, right? poor baby!). I love that I can control the texture & thickness of the foods.
When a friend of mine contacted me about partnering with his company that supplies Beaba Cooks & other amazing baby gear, I was thrilled. I already had the product, already used it, already endorsed it privately. & now, why not spread the love?
So thanks to Scandinavian Child, one of you will win a Beaba BabyCook, a $150.00 value!
Fantastic, right?
Just tell me what you’d love to make with your Beaba Cook, why you’d love to make it, etc. I’ll draw the winner next Friday, July 23rd!
& be on the lookout for more giveaways, recipe contests, etc! (hint: we’ll be doing a Harry’s Best Bites contest where I make your recipes, so start thinking of some!)

FTC required: i purchased the Beaba Cook on my own prior to this partnership. i use it, endorse it, love it. i have been compensated as part of a promotional series by Scandinavian Child that will include giveaways, product reviews, recipe contests, etc. but the opinions are my own & are amazingly priceless & awesome.

Oooh I would love to make Lila some of her first rice cereal. Since it is the first thing she will be putting in her little tummy, I wish I could make it and assure that I know what went into it. I know, neurotic first time mom. But I would love the Beaba Cook to fill her tummy with what I decide
I am due with our 2nd daughter in Sept. and would love to be able to make her baby food at home. I tried a bit with my 1st DD, who is almost 2, but it took so long sometimes. This product looks perfect, and easy. Since I will have both a toddler to chase as well as the baby, I know I will need something easy. Plus with Harry’s best bites, hopefully I can get some awesome, easy, good recipes!
I have wanted this since before my little girl was born. And I do lean on the crunchy side.
PLUS, this would save me from putting it on MY birthday list…which would be awesome
I’m going to start on solids this weekend with Bronwyn. I will make anything and everything, since I am, like you, a working mama, with little extra time.
I just refuse to spend a ton of money on baby food in jars that tastes like crap anyway.
Oooooh! I would love to try and make Madelyn her own food. I just don’t feel we have the time, based on your review, I think this would make it work!
So far she lovessssss her carrots and squash, so that would be first on the list to make!
I’d love to make my favorite for my baby — sweet potatoes!
I would make plum baby food!
I would make her favorite – apple sauce!
I would love this to make the babe’s food! Currently I’m using the stove and a blender, and this seems so much easier. He loves carrots!
I have wanted one of these since I was just a few months pregnant. My son, who will be 9 months old next week, love to eat and I would love to be able to make him some super yummy homemade food. Like you, i don’t have a blender or a steamer in that case, so this would be great! Thanks for hosting such a great giveaway!
I want one sooooooo bad to make my baby girl her food! I’d probably start with carrots. Or avocado. =)
Awesome! I already make homemade baby food for my 8 month old, but I use the food processor. This will definitely streamline the process. I would probably whip up some sweet potatoes first!
My little guy will be 6 months on august 1 and I would love to make his veggies and fruits! Great giveaway.
I would love to win this BabyCook so that I could make all of Pierce’s food in it! Right now I’m doing the steaming on the stove and putting in a blender thing. I would LOVE to be able to put the food in the BabyCook and then just walk away!
My cousin is due with the first great grand baby of the family, and I AM SO EXCITED. I would love to get her one of these to make yummy organic sweet potato and cinnamon puree for her little one when it comes time
Hey! I would LOVE to win this for future kiddos. Keevs is pretty much past purees… but it WOULD make making her few little ones easier! I think its awesome!!
ohh how i’d love to win this one!!
i make holden’s baby food with my faux magic bullet and i really have a terrible time with apples..so much so that i just buy him the all natural organic applesauce from the store. i’d love to be able to just make his applesauce..and cranberry applesauce..i never even thought of that!
i love making my wee one his own baby food and this Bebea cook would go miles in making it even easier. & I would really appreciate not having to heat up my kitchen with the stovetop during this hot, hot summer we’re having here!
It takes me FOR.EV.ER. to make his baby food and I would love love love to have this to cut the time down! Jaden really loves peaches so that would be my first trick with this!
Ooooh, I. want. this. Like everyone else, I really need the extra time this would allow me. I’d use it to make EVERYthing. We’re just starting on solids for Kaelyn and this would be absolutely awesome.
I would love to win this! I’m also not crunchy by any stretch but I feel like if my husband and I get to eat such yummy food…why shouldn’t our son? So this would definitely get me started on cooking something different for my sweet baby boy!
I MUST have one of these for my future babies! I literally would try making anything and I’d use that little trick of freezing portions in an ice cube tray…love it
I would make applesauce, because I love home made applesauce and it’s a lot easier to do it with a Beaba.
I would LOVE to puree fruit and freeze them for summer time ice pops! It would be so cool and refreshing, especially for teething!
[...] Making my own baby food. & then getting the chance to encourage you to do the [...]
Oh I would love one of these. I just started making baby food for my daughter this week and the old fashioned stand over the stove while the food steams or use the food mill is no fun.
I’d love to try some apricots,or prunes those are next on my list of things to make.
That is the best thing ever! I took the easy way out and did organic jars with baby #1. I would love to make food for baby #2, especially applesauce.
I’ve always wanted a babycook! my steam-and-blend process is starting to get annoying. I’d love to make sweet potatoes and applesauce…the easy way!
I would love to make some mangoes now and then tomatoes/zucchini from my garden!
I make my baby’s food but do not have a Babycook. We steam then puree in the blender. If I had a Babycook, I would make more meat dishes like chicken and apples or beef and broccoli.
I have been using a food processor and it works, but it would be so much easier with the Babycook!
I don’t have a kid (yet) but I am an infant teacher, and this would be oh so handy for those reflux babes!!
I’d love to steam plums.
I am also a working mom, and a not-so-good cook on top of that. I have always wanted to make Ben’s baby food, but I didn’t even know where to begin, so I just store-bought. This looks so simple that even I could do it!!! I’d make chicken and sweet potatoes for my little guy.
i made my own baby food for my first child and i would love to use this to make green beans for my second. i had such a hard time getting the consistency i wanted when i made them with my food processor. this would be great!
I would love one of these! A friend of mine has one and swears by it! I would love to make Addie a fresh fruit mix. She loves the fruit, but I think she would like it a little thicker (she also has reflux) and I would love being able to control everything she’s eating. Such a great invention!
Oooooooh — I SO want a BEABA!!! Have heard so many good things about it. I make my own baby food too but with a steamer and a food processor. It’s a convenient process too but I’m all for trying something new that might make our days even simpler! I want to try making a meal with meat or chicken.
I would love to make Olivia green beans or peas from our garden!
I would make everything for Finley, but mostly veggies, she loves em all. I pine for the Beaba.
I’d love to be able to fix organic foods for our future child. This looks like it would be much easier than messing up a pan plus the food processor or blender and not put so much heat in the house in the summer.
I would LOVE this! I’ve been making all of my 9 month old’s food with my teeny tiny food processor and it takes foreverrrr…and I dont have forever. I would especially love it for the things like sweet potatoes that take awhile and I have a hard time puree-ing in said mini processor. Thanks for a fab giveaway!
I added the Beaba to my wish list even before getting pregnant with my daughter, Charlotte. I’m a busy working mama-and would love to make her baby food using homegrown veggies and fruits. What a great giveaway!
Ooh, I’d love to win this. I have a baby who only gets the jarred stuff because making it myself without a machine takes too long. Thanks for the chance to win!
I would love to make some thicker fruits and veggies than what I can find in the stores. Oliver has reflux too.
I’ve been making my little Stella Bella’s food, but I do it with my next door neighbors food processor and it’s such a pain. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have this the babybook! I would probably make apples since I haven’t been able to quite figure that one out!
With having twins, making baby food is something I’ve started to do not only because it looks & tastes so much better but for cost purposes. I had always wanted to do it with our son, but never did. I have now started making baby food but do it with our blender & hours (a whole day!) of steaming & blending & making a MESS. I would love this…never knew it existed till now!
I think the first thing I’d make would be sweet potatoes b/c those are the girls’ favorites & I would love to also try out the sweet potato pancakes you made Harry! They look so yum!
My little man – Jed – also suffers from reflux and is just now 4 and a half months old so we are just about to start down the path of real food! I am so excited and would love to have a Beaba to make him yummy organic sweet potatoes, beets, and applesauce which were 3 of my favorites that my mom actually made for me when I was a babe!
oooh, i’ve wanted one of these for a while now! i would love to make my son some chicken & sweet potatoes!
I plan to make my little man’s baby food once he gets a little older. I want to make certain that he is getting fresh, organic food,,,my plan is to make it all…fruits, veggies, meats!! Can’t wait to see what his favorites are! Would love the Beaba Babycook!
O.M.G….I have been looking at this since I was pregnant with my daughter…and now that I know that it comes so highly recommended by you I want it even more!..I am a SAHM of three, and had such issues with my boys when it came to real food. I found this online while pregnant and if my bank account had more friends in it would totally have bought it. I had such dreams of being Betty Crocker in my kitchen apron and all, making applesauce, blueberries, blackberries, green beans, peas, cauliflower(all sorts of stuff that you can’t find in those silly little store bought jars)…my little girl playing on the floor next to me…pipe dreams I tell ya!! Because with a Marine for a husband (they tend to think great medical makes up for the difference in lack of pay and time with him home, in my oppinion) and no income from myself, I reluctantly had to let go of my dream…even though I knew the financial bennifits and the awesomeness of being able to provide great wholesome “mom” made food of having one, my husband just said we couldn’t. A total bummer…but yay for you!! Harry is one lucky boy, to have a momma that loves him so!!
I love baking apples and cinnamon for my son!! He likes them diced with a bit of juice! I am ready to branch out to 100% homemade food… I just need an appliance! (we only have blender @ moment)
I would love a Beaba!! I considered buying one when I was pregnant, but other priorities took it off the list. I have been making my baby’s food for a few months (though I wouldn’t be considered “crunchy” either). I currently bake, steam, boil, etc., and then puree in the food processor. It takes so long for this working mother and I would love to make it simpler. The prep, the cooking, and the cleaning takes time away from other things.
Oh and I would continue to make his favorite… sweet potatoes and apricots:-)
I made all my 2 year old’s baby food, but did it the old fashioned way with a steamer and food processor. Now that I have another little one, I am so excited to read about the Baby Cook Machine. Wow! It looks so easy to use. I loved maing my own baby food and I can’t wait to make it all over again once we start solid food.
Id love to make my son’s baby food. I think that it would be so awesome to make some thing so healthy and I think its a great way to get DH involved since the babe has been breast feed for the last 5 months!
DH and I made the decision to make our son, Austin’s, food since before he was born! I just want him to get all the wholesome goodness of organic fruits/veggies and know that he’s not getting a ton of additives in his system. That and I’m incredibly cheap! We only have a food processor so when he’s interested, we were going to try. But having this would be so much more fun!! He’s already tried avocados and peaches so I wonder what else he’d love to nom on when it’s the right consistency!
I made all my baby food for my son the old fashioned way, steam, food processor, blah blah blah. But this would be amazing for when we have #2, I’m sure I’ll need a way to make it more time efficient when I’ve got 2 little ones in the house!
I would LOVE this! Noah hasn’t gotten to the vegetables just yet; I think I’m just intimidated because they might be tough to mash/puree for him, so this machine would be great! Green beans, anyone?
Oh applesauce!! I’ve always wanted to try to make applesauce! This would be amazing to win

You always have the best giveaways btw
Love you to bits!
kikisescapades(at)gmail(dot)com
Oh man! Would I ever love to have one of those! My girl is almost 6 months and we have started with a few solids. She loves applesauce! I’m really unsure what the heck I’m doing as far as the preping of baby food is concerned so anything that would make it easier to introduce food as well as get it cooked and the right consistency would be Amazing!
Little J is just over 10 months and I’ve been making his food since we started him on it (~6 months). I have a mini food processor but I have to go back and forth between steaming and pureeing. It’s sort of a pain. I didn’t know things like this existed! Thanks! Anyway, I’d love to make all the non-mushy foods with this… carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, you know things you have to cook first.
Why? I have working mom guilt (sometimes) and I feel this is something special I can do for him.
EEEEK! I have been stalking this thing in Williams Sonoma since I first found out I was pregnant! We just started solids about 3 weeks ago and I would LOVE to be able to make him his own fresh food! Unfortunately we cant really afford one of these with military pay. Squash and Green Beans would be first on my list!
I would love to make fresh, local fruits and veggies in my beaba. It will not only help local farmers and taste better, but it will also help my baby not have allergies. I’m trying to commit to a 100 mile radius food buying challenge. The idea of Silas eating food that is from who knows where and has been siting for god knows how long… Well it creeps me out!
I would love to make things from my sister’s garden….and our own if we ever get to move and plant one!
I have been looking into this product. I want one so I can make my daughter’s food, sweet potatoes, peas, peaches, etc. She is starting solids this week and I am planning to make her food because I love to cook.
Would love to win this
we have access to great farmers market to get his veggies and fruit!
i would like to start ysing this for veggies and meats!
I would love my little one is milk soy intolerant so I currently only make part of my son’s food (the stuff you can’t buy without milk or soy) because it is so time consuming, it would be nice to have one item to do it all and not to mention cutting back on dishes.
I’ve also started making baby food and I love that I know what she is getting and I know it tastes better than those jars! I think the Beaba Baby Cook would make this process so much quicker and easier so I’d love to have one. I’m having a hard time with peas, so I think it’d be great to try them with the Beaba!
Hey Blair! Glad to hear things are going a little better. I am definitely interested in the Beaba baby cook as I am looking into making my own baby food. My daughter is refusing the consistency of store baby food (way to runny for her) and won’t even touch the meats. I would love to have something that is convenient to use so that I would be more likely to make more things for her. It would be great to actually make something that she would eat without a fight for once.
Hi there! I am very interested in the Beaba as I am just starting to research making my own baby food. My little guy is 4 1/2 months and eating rice cereal but will be on solids in a few weeks. I am interested because I’m anal and want to know exactly what my monkey is eating and, I love to cook!
I too have been so excited to make food for my little girl once she’s here. I plan on making all of her baby food that I can: peas, potatoes, carrots, anything! I’d love to try one of these machines!
I love making baby food for Jacob but use the blender and steam in a pot method. The Beaba cook would make it so much easier and I would love to use it to make chicken and other meat purees as we are starting to move into meats.
I would make something with green beans. The little dude HATES green beans, and I don’t blame him, since the store bought ones are YUCK. I’d love to be able to teach him that they can be delicious. And I love a challenge!
I try and feed Henry only organic foods at home, I try for myself too, but I try harder for him. He tends to react to apples with blotches on his face. And as we move into more combo prepraed foods, many of them have apples, so I have been trying to make him more textured and varried foods but it does take time. I would love to try out this machine.
Wyatt loves sweet potatoes. I would love to make that with some apples mixed in. He is also a fruit lover so maybe some fresh pears or apricots.
I’m due (tomorrow actually) with my second and would love to make my own baby food this time around. Sweet Potatoes, green beans, you name it, I would love to try it out!
I would love to make Peyton her favorite applesauce with blueberries.
Oh wow! I’d love to win this (for my husband!) to save time making baby food! We currently have one of those little metal things that you stick in the bottom of a saucepan to steam veggies, which as you know is a pain in that you have to stand there & wait!
We’d start making chicken – up til now I’ve been a little squicked out by the whole idea of pureed meat.
I would love to make all kinds of veggies, fruits and combos. Homemade really is the way to go for baby!
I have been making Abbie’s food for over a month and I’m doing it the old fashioned way of steaming them on the stove and then blending them in the blender. It’s not hard, just time consuming and results in lots of dishes later. I would love a Beaba. I would make all sorts of stuff in it. I can tell you the two foods that I would not make b/c Abbie hates them. That would be broccoli & cauliflower. Can you blame her? YUCK!!
I’d LOVE to win this!! I currently make my own babyfood the hard way – cutting, prepping, steaming, blending, etc. This would make things SO MUCH EASIER! Chloe’s favorite is brussel sprouts.. .yes, my child is wierd.
I would love to make at least some of Laura’s food. We already have so many fruits and veggies around the house – we want to share them with her! And a fresh, ripe peach turned into mush HAS to be tastier and healthier than anything we can buy in a jar.
We’re expecting our first child in September. I’ve always wanted to make our own baby food because I want to know exactly what is going into my child, and the BabyCook would make things so much easier, especially as I begin adding grad school obligations back to my life. I would especially love to have it for meat purees since I’d imagine those would be harder to prepare without such a nifty device. I think it’s so important to give your kids the best nutritional start possible, and the BabyCook is a fantastic tool to make that goal a reality!
Purchasing one these was on my do-list for this weekend…maybe now I’ll wait until next weekend and see how this give-away turns out! I can’t wait to make all sorts of good stuff…sweet potatoes, squash, green beans, etc! We’ve made a bit of food at home already, but it’s a little tedious and this would make things so much easier!
I would love this! I currently make my 7 month old daughters food and love cooking it for her but I do have to take like a whole saturday to do a bunch. You should seriously see my kitchen right now – covered in dishes!! This would make life so much easier. Please please please pick me!
Right now, i’d probably make food for my sick puppy. :O(
but then, i would be making food for my baby….when that baby starts baking…hopefully SOMEDAY SOOOOOON!
having my little girl in 5 weeks and really want to give homemade food a try. like you, i love the kitchen and was already thinking of recipes i could make!
We have been attempting to make Reese’s baby food with the “Magic Bullet” the in-laws gave to us for Christmas. Although it works fine, it would be nice to not have to cook the food first and then blend it. BabyCook seems like it would save so much time, and between work, babies, etc. I will take all the extra time I can get. You had me at “so EASY.”
I made all my sons food and most of my daughter food now. With the second kid having to cook the food then use my blender takes forever and I just don’t have enough time. I NEED a Babycook to make my life easier.
Oh this would be great! My little one is 3 months and since I just lost my job this would be great so I can start making her food for her (once she starts eating food). I would love to be able to do all organic foods for her without having to buy organic baby food! All kinds squash, applesauce, pears, greenbeans.
I have been wanting one of these for forever! I’m currently pregnant with my first baby and I want to make my own food so badly. I’m interested in trying a lot of different fruit and veggies with various spices added in……like potatoes and curry! or Peas and cumin! Or apples and nutmeg! Or tomatos and fennel! Possibilities are endless!
I’m only 16 weeks pregnant, but this darling child has been a dream of ours for many years. After multiple losses and four rounds of IVF- I’m finally thrilled to say I’m pregnant and everything looks wonderful so far!
I want to give this baby the best of everything in life and I feel like making baby food is one of the easiest ways to do it. So I know my story is a little different from some of the other ones on here, but I can’t wait to do things like this for my child when the time comes. And I have a feeling it will be here before I know it!
Oh and what would I make? I think the possibilities are endless and I don’t think I can nail down one single item that I would want to make- because I want to make it all!
I’ve been trying so hard to feed my daughter exclusively organic food but it gets so expensive and the options are limited – I would love to be able to feed M what we’re eating for dinner, in a mashed up version since she’s 14 months and only has 2 teeth so can’t chew too much yet.
I love this idea – I didn’t know there was one gadget that would steam AND puree! I’m not really into baby food making for the whole organic aspect but more for the taste aspect. I can’t imagine my babies would like the taste of the jarred stuff – if I were small and toothless again, I’d want real food!
I think I’d make sweet potatoes, squash, zucchini, apples – anything that sounded good to me!
I would make everything. How awesome not to have to buy jarred baby food!
Thanks for the recipe. I’ll try this out over the weekend
Everything!
Right now we are using store-bought baby food. Mostly because I thought I didn’t have time to make my own. I’ve always wanted to, but never worked it out. After reading your post, I’m thinking I could do it with something like this. I would make everything with it, but especially sweet potatoes…they’re her favorite!
Thanks for the recipe. I’ll try this out over the weekend
This would be so perfect! I’m pregnant with my second baby and I was just teling my hubby the other day how I want to make my own baby food! I would make EVERYTHING!
I am due in December and would LOVE to make my own babyfood with this! Looks so easy and fun. I would make any and everything I could
Blair, you are such a sweetie! I was reading this blog already trying to figure out how much this amazing machine costs and then you have it set up for a giveaway! I HOPE YOU PICK ME
My son is 7 weeks and I am looking so forward to making his own food. I didn’t for my 3 year old daughter because I thought it was too difficult, but not that I see how easy it is and how inexpensive it is… I know I could do this! I love the fact that around Thanksgiving he will be able to eat pretty much everything we get to eat. I’m thinking I would like to make peaches, chicken, green beans
I sooo wish I would have made Dawsons food when we were doing purees but i felt like I didnt have the right tools to do it! AND baby #2 will be here before we know it and I really want to be able to make his/her food this time
I am due in November and already looking forward to making my own baby food next year. This sounds perfect because we live in the city and are cramped for space. I have been worrying about where a food processor would fit in my kitchen! I am so excited to make baby apple sauce!
Awesome! I already make B’s food home made but without one of these it’s quite a process..
I want to make him a baby “casserole”.. chicken, cheese, potatoe, peas.
This would be perfect since I have a small kitchen. I would love to make his veggies and fruits!
I made my own baby food with my first child and it was so satisfying knowing what I was feeding her was made with my love. I would love to do it again, but have been worried if I would have the time with the kiddos being so close in age…this would help!
I am excited to make sweet potatoes with black beans!
bye the way, try mashing advocados and bananas together!
We have our own garden and believe in buying local and eating organic food. I would love to harvest from our garden or by from a local farm and use the Beaba Cook to make Reagan her food!
I would love to get one of these to add to our growing “Stuff for Baby When it Comes” pile!
I’ve heard avacado is really good when homemade, and I would love to make some applesauce with apples from a tree in the backyard. Thanks for hosting such a great giveaway!
I’d love to make sweet potatoes!
I have a few baby cook books and the thing I’d most like to make with this is lamb and lentil stew (no salt of course but other veggies tossed and maybe some no salt stock). I currently do about 50% homemade food from our organic CSA (vegetable co-op) and 50% bought, but jar meat just sounds a bit off to me. So 100% of our protein will be home made.
We’d love to be the proud owner of the Beaba Cook – have one on the registry but alas, its not yet been purchased! I’m so glad to hear how well it works for you & Harrison! I’m not too sure what we’d make with it (our LO est date of deliver is not until Aug 10th) but trial & error are 2 of my fav words in the kitchen! Hubby loves it when i say “I’m inventing dinner tonight” & hopefully Baby A will love it too!! Thanks for the opportunity to enter
)
I love the idea of cooking organically and have realized recently how easy it can be. I’d love to make organic baby food with food form our local farmers market!
Thanks!
I would love to win one of these. I make all of my ten month old daughter’s food, but it is so time consuming and all of those dishes annoy me to no end! I would love to use this to make carrots, those are always hard for me to make for some reason.
My daughter is 8 months old…i have given her jar food since about 5 months and I am ready to make a change. I am losing my baby weight and eating better so in turn, I’d like to start, brand new with her and set a good example. I’d feel amazing just knowing that what I feed my daughter is 100% healthy for her!!
Thanks for this great giveaway opportunity!
I actually purchased this cooke and returned it due to buyers remorse. Would love to have it, and would first start with potatoes and just about eBay sort of veggie. Would start it right away as I have a 9 month old! We already do mashed banana and sweet potatoes from the oven. Thanks for such a great giveaway!
I would make applesauce and pearsauce. it looks like an amazing appliance!
I am a chiropractor who is very much obsessed with nutrition. I own my own business and am extremely blessed to have the best of both worlds because my little one goes to my office with me. Running my own business and finding time with Kaleb can be pretty tiring though so this product seems like it would be such a time saver! I’ve been making a lot of his food already but this would definitely help me to promote health and nutrition to my little guy but also to my patients because I talk to them all the time about making his baby food!
Holy freaking hell. WANT IT SO BAD.
I’d make everything with it! Shane’s favorite is mac&cheese with vegetables but I kind of question how much vegetable is really in there- it’d be so nice to make his favorite and KNOW that it’s good for him, and not just some sloppy goo. (Of course his favorite would be the one with the soupiest consistency. Bleh.)
I don’t even have a baby yet and I’ve been thinking about buying a BabyCook! It would come in really handy for processing my seasonal haul of mulberries from our backyard. And I’d love to loan it to my cousin (whose daughter is just starting solids) until I have a kid of my own to use it.
I am so excited making my own baby food for my daughter. I’ve already printed tons of recipes off wholesome babyfood.com and have organized them by age & food group in a binder (yes, I’m a little crazy when it comes to being organized
). I’ve already done carrots, sweet potatoes, apples, avacado, pears but I’d love to use this machine to speed up the process! I’d also love it to make other veggies & fruits for her such as yellow squash, zucchini, blueberries, mangos, papayas, etc- you name it- if it can be steamed & mashed she’s going to try it! I really do believe that giving children healthy foods to eat while they are young helps them eat a wider variety as they grow.
Hi Blair,
– something that I could use to help the family save some $$ and make food that is good for my son! It’s a he** of a gift!!
The fact that you make your own baby food has totally inspired me! I quite my corporate job after 12 years (yikes) to stay home with my 10 month old son. With only one salary, I have to watch the spending a lot more. I feel like I spend a ton on groceries now- the jars of baby food, baby organic yogurt that costs a ton, etc…
I would LOVE a BabyCook. I hadn’t even heard of it until I read it on your post and I’m sooo jealous you have one.
I would love to cook some new stuff (like the cranberry applesauce you mention, papayas, mangos, squash, etc..) so my son can taste new things instead of the same ol’ crud I give him.
Oh, and my b-day is July 28 so that would be a super cool present
When our daughter, Riley, was born I knew I wanted to at least attempt to make her food. As a teacher, I see the effects of poor nutrition, and I wanted to get her off to a good start. As new moms know, money gets tight so I skipped the Beaba cook, but bought the cookbook that goes with it. I’ve been using the recipes in the cookbook and LOVE them, but it gets quite time consuming steaming, blending, cubing, washing, and starting all over again. A Beaba cook would be a blessing!
I would love to make our daughter applesauce with other fruits mixed-in. We spend a small fortune on other applesauces (with peach, blackberry, etc.) and would love to be able to make them ourselves! I’d also love an easy way to puree veggies to “hide” them in the foods she will eat. Thanks for holding this contest!
I’d like to make my son’s meats since the jars gross me out. Meat shouldn’t come out of a jar
I would love to make my future nephew/neice food with one of these! I plan on playing a big part in their life (ultrasound for sex on the 29th!) and I think this would be a great way to ensure they are getting great food!
Oooh! This is on my baby wish list and my little girl isn’t even here yet!
I would love to make tons of yummy fruit for baby girl. I’m not big on veggies (but I hope she is), so fruit it is!
Hmm what would I make…. sweet potatos definitely! This little bad boy would make making them SO much easier!
I am making my baby’s food right now and it is so tedious. I want one of these so bad!
Oooh! I’m already planning to get a Babycook for my twins, so I would love to win this to make . . . beets!!! I love beets and I don’t think they sell ‘em!
I’d LOVE a Babycook….we watched Food Inc. last night – nuff said I think! I’d love to know what my baby is really eating and the Babycook makes it look so simple! Fingers crossed its on the way to our house!
I have been drooling over this thing for a few months now. Our little guy will start solids in August and this would be perfect! This is our 3rd baby and we started the other 2 boys with sweet potatoes. So if I had this I think I’d try those first. Or squash & green beans from our garden…the possibilities are endless!!
Oh my! Chazz and I would love this. I make his food weekly, with a blender, and this would save so much time. I would make applesauce, because I always put off making it and end up just buying it!
I would love to make her meat dishes bc those sold in the store always remind me of spam…and I think the same goes for K. Plus being a working mom, this would be grea
I would love to make some sweet potatoes and just about anything else in there!
I NEED this. Ellie is being all picky and whatnot so I guess I am going to have to make her food
I would make all different types of veggies- and some mixtures of fruit – I would much rather make my child’s food myself than feed him some packaged food that may or may not have preservatives or other questionable additives!
Ooooooh, I would so make Miss Harper peas… I am totally envious of people who have these!
I LOVE making food for Tyson, but this would make it much, much easier. I would make his favorite-sweet potatoes!
Sweet potatoes or carrots for sure!!!! I can’t wait to try your freezing tips;)
I would love a Beaba Cook. I would make chicken and wild rice. That is one of my favorite dishes, so I hope lil’ man would like it!!
I would love to win this BabyCook! I’ve been wanting to try and make my son’s food but just can’t seem to figure it out so this would be oh so helpful! He loves pears and apples so maybe I’d try a pear and apple mix to start.
I love making my daughter’s food! This would make it so much easier! (Right now I use a steamer basket and a food processor.)
I love making sweet potatoes – makes the house smell yummy!
I’m already making food for my baby, but I’m just not getting the consistency right with some foods. This would seriously help!
My daughter, Chloe has severe reflux. She’s only 2 months old but making her baby food is something that I know I would love to do. I thoroughly enjoy being in the kitchen but don’t have all the time in the world to stand over the stove then blend, etc. I would have to say that when the time comes, I would be most excited about meats. They always look and smell disgusting in the jars and completely un-meat like. Thanks for the great review & giveaway!
I would actually like it so that I can give it to my best friend. She wants so badly to give her kids fresh, organic baby food but is forced to work due to conditions beyond her control. With the schedule she and her military husband have, baby food making just isn’t possible. Her almost 2 year old and her 8 month old both had enciphlytis at the same time because of their DNA and apparently enviornmental variables. Now her older baby may have autism. She wants so much to change how they all eat. Again though that schedule makes it tough. I make all of my son’s baby food and am starting to make her younger baby’s food but I am moving away soon. I won’t be able to help. I worry about her kids. I think this would be incredibly helpful and be put to GREAT use!!
I’m having my first baby in December and would love to be able to make my own baby food, I will be a working mommy as well so I need something quick and easy just like this (and for free? awesome!). But I love mixed flavors, like I would like to do strawberry and bananas, or peas and carrots, or maybe add some flavors that store baby food doesnt have. This would be great, thanks for the giveaway!
While my husband and I have two boys already, my brother and his wife are pregnant with their first child. I would love to help them out and make their baby food. My life is very busy but I know they will be overwhelmed with a baby and this is one way I will be able to help them out. I’m so excited for the baby to get here!!
I would so love this!!!!
Ethan’s favorite is squash… and i’ve had trouble pureeing it in my food processor… this would make things so much easier!!!!
I had wanted to make all of his food, but I just cannot get it to the right consistancy… and it seems like this tool would be just the trick!
Oh…. I would love to win!
I’d love to be able to make fresh veggies for my kids. I love heading to farmer’s market and getting fresh veggies rather than buying from the store!
I would love to try my hand at making baby food. We are doing organic jars and it just seams so wasteful with all the little tubs that don’t have the recycle logo. If I had the Babycook could easily make my own with so much less waste. thanks for the chance.
I would love to make chicken for my son. His DCP makes it for him and he loves it! It is hard to find single ingredient pureed baby food out there, so the only way I will get to is if I make it myself.
I would DIE if I won this. I was thisclose to purchasing when I gave into Gerber. Then I just couldn’t feed my beautiful daughter crap, so everything since then has been organic a la Tyler Florence’s Sprout, or Earth’s Best. In the end, I am guessing I would have saved a lot more if I had just bought the Beaba when I wanted it.
I would make bananas and rice pudding!
FRUIT! Anything with fruit! It’s such a pain to do on the stove…and so time consuming!
[...] over there now to enter to win a Beaba Baby Cook this [...]
We’d LOVE to have this! We’d especially use it to introduce foods that aren’t so easy to make on their own like some of the veggies or peeled steamed/pureed fruits. And we’d venture into meats as well. Maybe get really creative and combine them. Thanks!
I would love to make baby smoothies!!
I’d love to make some dinners for Wesley – like you, though, I just don’t have the time to slave over a stove for hours trying to cook stuff then blend, blend, blend. The BabyCook sounds so easy!
Any flavour applesauce
WITH NO ADDED SUGAR!!!
Thats right
nothing I didnt put in there!
GREAT giveaway! Same w/ my little one, she needs thicker foods, and what a pain it has been to make them! This would make my life alot easier!
I would love to make some pureed vegetables from my garden!
It would be great for making things from my garden and CSA box. My daughter is a little old for purees, but she LOVES applesauce and I hate buying it.
I’m trying to switch our whole family to a “clean eating” lifestyle, and this would be a great way for me to keep my little girl away from processed / packaged foods. Plus, it would make it easier for me to make those sweet potato pancakes!
Organic baby food is soo ridiculously expensive. Unfortunately I dont have $150 to drop on one of these as much as I would love too! I would love to make wholesome delicious food for my daughter without having to worry about what was in it
I would love to make all kinds of homemade babyfood since my little guys eats EVERYTHING. This looks like an AWESOME product.
I’m really hoping to make all the baby food when I have a child and have been eyeing this for awhile!
Since I just introduced my husband to foods like butternut squash in the five years we’ve been together…I want to make sure that our children start their lives enjoying a full range of delicious foods instead of waiting until they are 27 years old…like my husband!
um, i would LOVE to make just about anything for my baby that cannot chew in this product! this product looks awesome. i’ve wanted it forever bc i think like at our home would be less stressful with it!
I would love to make all kinds of yummy veggies – avocado, sweet potatoes, peas – so my little one is less picky than his mama. And maybe some fruit puree for me.
I already make all of my own baby food for my 6 month old, but this would make it a ton easier & faster for me, especially now as we are inching towards adding proteins.
I would love to win this! I have had the same problem with reflux…I had to add rice cereal to all of the stage 1 and 2 baby foods to make them thicker. I just started buying stage 3, and realized that I’ve been making the 1 & 2 foods as thick as the 3 comes all along! I would love to be able to make the food to the right consistency. And I only buy the baby food with the simplest ingredients – like “squash, water”. I never buy the ones that have a whole paragraph of ingredients because I hate having all of that stuff go into his body.
I have a good friend and her daughter has reflux, she’s 3 months old and I would love to give this to her mama to make her food!
My poor little guy has reflux as well and I hate buying baby food. My kid is also really picky and refuses to eat half of the food that I make so I spend way too much time making food that he is refusing to eat. I am a working mom and standing in the kitchen trying to cook this little guy food is no easy chore. I really hope I win I would love one of these. It’s just a tad out of my price range
I would LOVE this! It’s such a pain to steam the veggies and then have to haul out the huge food processor. This would make life so much easier. I’d make Jack’s favorites- green beans, pears or sweet potatoes.
I have had my eye on this for a long time! My son is 7.5 months old and I currently make his food by steaming it then pressing it through a sieve. It works well, but it’s so time consuming! I’d love to make my little man green beans or peas in the Beaba.
I already have the babycook and absolutely love it. I was just thinking on my way to work how much I would LOVE to get one for my good friend who is due this fall. She would love it and get so much use out of it.
Currently, my favorite thing to make for my lil guy is squash and tofu pureed together. He loves it.
I’d love to make Mungee’s meals in this. I fear the day we have to move on from jarred foods because I just don’t cook. Cooking is like nails on a chalkboard to me at times, especially when Mungee’s Pa is looking over my shoulder and makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong! Thank you for this opportunity!
I have a 5.5 month old boy who is starting to smack his lips when he sees us eat…he is getting ready! I also love the idea of making him baby food so that I know what is going into his precious little belly. As for what I would like to make in it…I can’t wait to experiment and see what my little guy’s favorite is.
PS I love your blog and appreciate your honest writing. And I also sing “Baby Mine” as his nighttime lullaby.
I am not due for another month, but have been planning to make all his baby food basically since he was conceived. in fact, it’s taking restraint to not start trying a few things now. I actually registered for this because I can’t afford it and as suspected, no one else purchased it either. Would love to have one!
i would love to have this not only for future kiddos, but so i can make some baby food for my friends’ babies! anything from peaches to sweet potatoes
What wouldn’t I make in this! So far I’ve made sweet potatoes, carrots, butternut squash and apples for my 7 month old boy, and I am excited to keep making his food. It’s so much easier than it seems like it’d be and would be even easier with the Bebea!
Oh i would love it especially for the meats… all the baby food meats just smell and look like spam. I always try what i give her before i give it to her, but i can’t bring myself to taste the meats! YUCK!
I would love love LOVE it to puree meats.
I would love to win this for my sister. She is preggers with her first child, already eats organic herself, and I know wants her child to eat organic. My son is 11 months and I wanted to purchase the BabyCook to make his food but it didn’t happen. I know my sister will love the convenience of the Beaba and making yummy food for her little one-to-be.
I would love to make blueberries and apples for my little guy. I have been making his food all along, but this makes it sound much easier and less time consuming.
OMG, I would LOVE to make my twins their own food! It would be such a money saver! Maybe I can make them a fun dinner of chicken and apples!
One of our current faves right now is squash out of the garden.
We’re currently TTC #2 and I’d love to have a Beaba BabyCook! There are so many great recipes that I made for DS that were such a pain because I had to stand over them on the stove while they steamed and then getting my blender to blend it to a good consistency is almost impossible.
But, wait, you asked what I want to make. If #2 loves applesauce and blueberries as much as DS, I’ll definitely be making some delicious blueberry applesauce. Lots of it!
sweet potatos! still by far audrey’s FAVORITE meal…she also loves applesauce of any kind, so definitely some of that as well;
Miss Reagan has reflux also, and I never thought about being able to control the consistency of homemade food! I would love to have this for when she starts solids!
Anything I can throw in there!!! This is AWESOME for a working mom of 2 (& maybe 3 in a few years…)!
With a second lo on the way, I would love to make more homemade baby food! A cheap food processor and blender proved to be very frustrating, especially with peas for DS! I would love to make chicken and sweet potatoes if I won the Beaba!!
I would make anything and everything! Cadence loves everything we put in her mouth!
I would love to try some chicken or some type of meat. I haven’t made the leap yet to making my own meats, so I definitely wanna give it a shot!
Oh I would heart to have a Beaba! I have been making all of Andrei’s food and the amount of time and clean up is so overwhelming! It would be amazing to make his meat purees with it
I would love one of these! I have been eyeing it for some time now, and even have it added to my baby registry. I don’t have a baby yet, but will in +/- 10 weeks and I already have plans to make most if not all her baby food. This would be a great tool to have!
Would love to have healthy food for my baby without breaking the bank!
I would love to make some sort of meat, potato meal. I love cooking and baking, so this would be right up my alley to make our own baby food as well!!!
I am due this Friday when you choose the winner. I would love love love to have one of these to take my grandparents garden fresh green beans and make them all nice and yummy for baby. We dont know what we are having but we cant wait to meet baby this weekend (hopefully) and make yummy food for baby
I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE to make baby food for my daughter! She starts eating it in august and I’ve been scavenging for recipes… I wanna make peaches, peas and butternut squash recipes!! those are my favorite ideas…
My little guy loves sweet potatoes! I am currently using a tiny food processor and it takes forever. Would love the Beaba Cook to help save time.
This would be such a great addition to our family! We participate in a local food co-op and the Beaba would make it so easy to prepare those wonderful fruits and veggies for our daughter.
A Babycook would be perfect for me since I have a tiny kitchen and NO DISHWASHER!!! I look forward to exposing my little guy to all types of fresh fruits and veggies.
I would love this for our next baby. I really wanted to make food for my son, but didn’t have the time. This product is great.
I would love this! I made some baby food myself with my now 2-year old, standing by the stove but this sounds so much easier. I have a 7 week old now who I could definitely use this for once she starts on solids.
This think looks so cool! I didn’t realize they made baby food makers that steam too. very cool. I would make a ton of different veggies for my son if I had one of these.
This looks like a great product! The Mr. and I were just talking last night about making our own baby food, and I was lamenting that I wouldn’t have time since I will be a full-time grad student, part-time employee, and full-time momma soon. It sounds like this might just make it possible! I would love to make the wee one his or her first applesauce. It’s a staple in our house so I’m guessing it will be for the babe as well.
Looks like an awesome product! I think making own baby food would be great. Love to win!
I have been debating about buying one of these since my baby girl was born. I would love to do all the different mixes…they intimidate me
especially anything with meat!
I considered buying this to make my own food, but thought it was too good to be true. Now for the past 3 months I’ve been burning through store bought solids which can add up real quick! I never knew anoyone who had one so wasn’t sure if it was worth it. Sounds like it is! My daughter loves all her veggies, but I would love to experiment a little and make some different combinations of things!
I have been thinking about makingmy own baby food lately and this product makes it look very easy.
I would love to make sweet potatoes, peas, lots of vegetables, things that can be inserted into a casserole. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PICK ME!\
My son refuses to eat any vegetables that are not puree’d so I would love this so I can tweak the consistency to make it thicker than the stuff you can buy in the store to get him used to them.
I have a 19 month old and a one month old. I made my oldest son’s baby food by steaming/boiling everything on the stove and then pureed it in a regular blender. It took quite awhile and I always had a lot of clean up. The Beaba would certainly make life easier when it is time to make my younger sons food. Having a newborn and a toddler requires me to be creative with time management. I will take all the help I can get
I’m due in November and know I want to make homemade baby food when the time comes… this would be perfect!!
I’ve made some homemade baby food for my Cole, sweet potatoes, applesauce, bananas, peas (sucked at) green beans (sucked at) blueberries, and avacados. But I would love the convience of all in one appliance! Its a chore otherwise.
Hum? I would probably make sweet potatoes, but peas and applesauce do sound appealing to me. With twins, making my own baby food is going to be the way to go. Not only will it be much healthier, it will also be most cost effective.I can’t wait to follow along and learn from you.
I would love to make baby Liam some sweet potatoes and green beans– all of the jars of baby food in the grocery store have way too much sugar (not to mention preservatives)!!
I want to make everything in it! It seems so much easier than having to dirty more than one appliance! If I have to pick I’ll say apples or sweet potatoes.
I am currently expecting my 1st but like you am already planning on making all of baby’s 1st foods, so this sounds perfect! I’m not sure what I would make but am always open to suggestions. I think sweet potatoes would be really good after reading some previous comments.
This contraption looks amazing! I am due with our 1st in just under 3 weeks, and I have been giving some thought to attempting the home-made baby food route for our little one when the time comes too. I love the fact that you can make it 100% healthy and organic, plus with all the produce we’re getting from our CSA share this summer/fall it would be perfect. Now I don’t know yet what exactly I will be making, since my culinary skillz don’t extend much past bowls of cereal.
But after reading about this, I think even I could give it a whirl! And for a working mom, which I will be, anything that saves time is a huge plus!!
I would love to start making my own baby food. My son was a preemie and has issues with texture so we are stuck at stage 2 baby food and he is almost 2. I’d like to try to make other food that he will eat besides what I can buy.
I have a CSA share and I would love to turn some of that great local produce into food for my little one.
I’d love to use it for making meat dishes for little Bryson! He eats mostly finger foods but meats have been a struggle with us.
I’ve planned on making my son’s food since he was born and I’ve been begging the hubs to let me get a beaba. We start solids next month. Oh man I want to win!
I’d LOVE to make Mackenzie sweet potatoes since thats her favorite right now! It looks SO easy!
Hey Blair! Big fan of you btw, you’re completely hysterical!!
As for baby food, i’d love my daughter to experience all types of cuisines early on. I’m half Indian and love love love all types of eastern spices and flavors. I want to make baby food that she’ll eat (super important) but that will also broaden her horizons.
I plan on making as much baby food as possible and this would make things so much easier! I would make all sorts of thing: peas, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, pears, apples, anything my son’s little heart desires!
I’ll make any and all kinds of baby food with this. My son just turned 6mos last week, and we’re planning to give him his first bite of mushy food (any food for that matter) this weekend!
omgoodgracious I have been wanting one of these forEVA. Even before I got KU. Cause I’m weird like that, I guess.
what wouldn’t I make? peas, carrots, squash, but most of all – applesauce. not that I know anything about what babies eat right now except for “it’s mushy” and “comes in glass jar,” but still. I love fall, so applesauce it is.
I have already been making baby food for my daughter, but it’s a pain to have to use one thing to cook in, one thing to puree in, and then clean both! I would looooove to use this all-in-one to do it all!
I am loving the combinations I have come up with for making baby food! I can only imagine how far I would go if I had the capacity to do all in one!
Right now I am thinking Summer Squash and Tomato purees! Oh and Fruit! I can’t wait for the stone fruit to come into season, the posibilities are endless!
how great is this giveaway!!! i love making peach applesauce for corbin. he LARVES it!
I would love to have this product to make all sorts of things for my son. I bought a food processor and it just does not do the job to my standard. Since my son is only 5 months, I would start off by making apples, bananas and peas. I would love to use organic ingredients, and this product would also save me so much time as a working mother. It would be awesome!!!! My son also has reflux, so being able to control the thickness would be a blessing.
I dont actually have a kid yet, but my sister is having one and i would love to win this for her. I dont know what i would make it in…maybe squash..maybe sweet potatoes. is it weird that i want one and am at least a year way from having a kid?
Perhaps this would help turn my lack of kitchen skills into something edible for my little miss. I would love to create easy, healthy, homemade meals for her.
I’ve had my eye on this since before I was even pregnant! My daughter was born – she’s a few days younger than Harrison and I’d love to win this for her! Thanks Blair
With two kids now, the second isn’t getting as much homemade food as the first. This would help so much!
I’d love to win this for my little girl! I’d make all sorts of things with bananas – her fave!
I would love ti win this!!! My little girl is just starting to eat solids and I am really hoping to make more of her food. I also think making her food will help me and my husband to eat better and start losing some of this baby weight!
With another little one on the way I would love to make some of the same things that my first loved, but much more conveniently with a Beaba Cook. A favorite of his was apples and chicken, so that would be right up there on the list.
Because I can, freeze, preserve everything for adults, I have been dying to make adorable child jars of food for babies and as gifts for friends with babes.
I would make EVERYTHING but especially veggie combo’s and fruits.
Remember that movie Baby Boom? Diane Keaton is my inspiration! LOL
Can I enter if I don’t have kids yet?? I really want one though- I drool over them at WS…
I’d experiment with veggies! I’d make Green monster baby food with fruits and spinach
I’d start with sweet potatoes and then start making awesome combos of veggies – apples and squash… hope I win!
I am the mom of twins, so it is economical for me to make my own baby food
Plus, I think it would be fun. They are starting to eat solids, and I can’t wait to make their foods! I think I’ll start with peas and brocolli and green beans so they don’t get too spoiled by the sweet stuff
How will you pick a winner with so many people drooling over this? hehe!
I’d love to make some sweet potatoes for my little sweet potato!
Oh wow… I am gearing up for my six month old’s first bites and have wanted this FOREVER, since my first little one began eating.
I never could quite come up with enough money to buy it, but boy, I sure would love to win it.
This would make trying to cook for two toddlers AND an infant so much easier!
My little one isn’t eating any solids yet, but I’d love to make him some sweet potatoes when he is ready!
Awesome! I want to try that cranberry applesauce!
Oh man I really want this. My little girl is 10 weeks old and I am breastfeeding her even though I have been having nothng but problems because I love knowing exactly what she is eating. So I am absolutly going to be making her food once she starts solids! I also really love the idea that there is so much less waste when you make your own food. My town doesn’t recycle glass so I really don’t want millions of glass bottles around.
I have wanted to make my little guy’s baby food since I was pregnant, but I just don’t have the extra time it would require to have to steam, boil, mash, puree, etc. everything. I also haven’t been able to convince my husbabnd that it would be cheaper in the long wrong since Myles already gets baby food twice a day. This would be PERFECT for our family! It would ease my mind on what we are feeding him, and we would waste so much less plastic and glass!
I’ve been debating getting one of these or just using my mini food processor. Better figure it out, we are gonna start in 2 weeks. I think I’m starting w/ sweet potatoes.
Blair, what are you using to store your baby food in?
Well, since I am only 10 weeks pregnant, I’m not sure what I’d make. I have lusted after this item though. I plan to make my baby food and do work so this would be awesome.
Maybe sweet potatos since I used to hate them and only recently discovered they are AMAZING. No child should go through 20+ years not liking them because their aunt makes crap sweet potato pie.
I would love to make my daughter Haley homemade baby food but I always thought that it would take too long and being a working Mom I was strapped for time! I would love to try making any of the fruits because I don’t feel like she gets enough of them or I would try sweet potatoes—–Haley could eat these for every meal and be happy and content!
I would love to make chicken soup! My grandmother always pureed chicken soup for me as a child. I think my Molly would love it!
I am totally planning on making my phantom child’s food.
Also, it would be great to have a BabyCook because a) our steamer’s electronics broke, so it is now hot-wired (can’t be safe!) and b) our blender is used to puree’ our special-needs dog’s food – ewww. Don’t think I want to use it for baby food!
Sweet potatoes, applesauce, green beans, pears…everything! Right now, I’m using a steamer and a hand mixer and I’m in the kitchen forever and it just blows. Mama needs this, puhlease!
I’d make chicken and sweet potatoes for my daughter, she loves them! I currently buy Earths Best Organic jars for her but would love to make all her food myself.
I would love because I think making the baby food is so much better than buying it.. All those perseveres aren’t good for the babs..
I would love making his favorite, bananas..
I COVET the Beaba Cook because my daughter loves, loves, loves the mushy stuff! And I love, love, love my daughter
I totally want this!!!!!!! I use my stove & trusty blender, but oh my gosh, I love it!!
I would try to make more meat products that he would eat b/c he can be picky in the meat department. I have gotten pretty darn good with the fruits & veggies by shere determination to know what’s in my son’s food.
My son isn’t a picky eater and this would be so fun also to experiment with other blends of food together. Love the idea of cranberry applesauce – YUMMY!!!
Sweet potatoes! My mother always said that they are the perfect food.
I’ve always been planning on making his food, but since we’ve been dealing with milk and soy allergies (and that is no fun for a breastfeeding mommy), I want to know exactly what he is eating.
OMG! I have a 9 month old with one tooth so I’m mushing EVERYTHING with a fork right now! But, what I love about this more than the puree-ing, is the steamer! How handy! I HOPE HOPE HOPE I win!
I would love to make my son turnips and carrots, butternut squash and apples, and pumpkin risotto! As a working mom, the babycook would make the most of my very limted free time!
I would love to make my little one some organic squash- he loves the stuff! I love making his food for him because I know whats in it- no nasty extras.
This family is a prunes family…. for medicinal purposes if you get my drift. My poor baby needs this, and prunes, daily. We are pro-poop!
Oh my gosh I’ve always wanted one of these. I would make purees of everything mixed together–string beans and pears, carrots and apples, blueberries and bananas. Sounds weird but my little one would love them!
Fun!! Drew hasn’t started solids yet, but the girls loved applesauce and bananas
We will soon see what Drew likes!
I would love to make applesauce with cinnamon! I’ve tried steaming some veggies over the stove and they never come out just right.
My little guy is about to start solids. I would love to make him some pureed sweet potatoes.
I don’t have kids yet, but when I do I plan to make all the baby food for them. I would love to win this!
I would like to make not so runny applesauce! Yum, my baby would love it.
I am due with baby boy #2 in August and would love to be able to make his food. My husband is being deployed to Afghanistan early next year, right around the time the baby will be eating pureed food. I have another son, almost 2. It would save us tons of money and time while daddy is away. Plus, who wants to go grocery shopping with 2 kids under 2? Can you say NIGHTMARE? Winning this would be a true blessing.
Okay, so if I won a Beaba babycook, I would be in baby food heaven because I am so into making Stella’s baby food right now. I’ve already freezed a few bags of ice cube sized meals. I’ve already started making it with a blender but definately would love to upgrade to a Beaba babycook. So I what would I make first — ummm, more of Stella’s first veggies — organic sweet potatoes, green beans, butternut squash and peas!!! Yummy!!! Pick me!!!
Oh and another reason or two — it’s so much fun to make baby food AND Stella has reflux as well and would benefit from starting on solids that are thicker than the food in stores.
Hehe!!!
I have wanted this for a long time! I would be making everything.
omg, i want this so bad. i have been lusting after it…
if i don’t win, at least tell me where you got the coupon from!
my son is starting solids TOMORROW!! boy, my food processor is a pain in the ass to clean, and i just made 3 trays of acorn squash (overkill, perhaps?). so i’d make anything but acorn squash. actually sweet potatoes are next on the list
We aren’t TTC just yet, but DH and I are constantly discussing the ways we will want to parent etc. One of the things we would love to do is make our own food. This would be incredible to have, and I would love to learn how to make things as we start TTC
This would be fabulous for my son, as we are having a rough time with allergies already. So I would pretty much be able to keep it fresh by mixing some of the things he can eat….so far Carrots are by far his favorite. So I would make lots of carrots and sweet potatoes!
I’ve been doing some experimenting with making my own food for my 8 month old daughter, and the food processor is just a pain to use and clean. This looks like it would be a breeze to use! She loves pretty much anything so far, and I would love to try those sweet potato pancakes you made for Harrison
My son loves applesauce and sweet potatoes! I would love to try to make those!!
I would love to make sweet potatoes, seems like ever kids favorite! After that maybe some cool desserts!!
I’m a busy working mom and could use an “easy button” for making baby food. I would like to give chicken dinner a whirl in the Beaba!
My 7 month old hates thin baby food and I have wanted to start making his food since before he was born. Right now he loves the spinach and peas combo. It’s nice and thick. So I would start with something similar. Also, I’m not the most culinary inclined person so I can use all the help I can get and this contraption looks like just the ticket!
Oooo! I just added one of these to my baby registry yesterday, knowing it’s a long shot we’d get it as a gift, but winning it would be better! I’m not due until October with my third, but after going through baby food hell with my son, I vowed to make baby food for any future children! With working full time, two older children, a husband and then a little one, this would be the perfect way to accomplish that!
I have debated this decision for a while, but being a working mom I didn’t want to have to spend all day Sat. or Sun. making baby food! So now that you have persuaded me as to how simple and quick this is I have definietely made the decision to make River’s food myself or I’m sure my wonderful sister who is his full time nanny while I’m at work would love it as well. I’m entering this too because I know I will not be able to persuade my husband to buy one as easily as you have me! I can’t wait to make River sweet potatoes!
This is the most rockin’ invention!! No more searching three different stores fo the right combination of jars!!
Jersey Beth
I would love to make some fruit!
I would love to have ne of these! Icurrently make my little guys baby food but this would make it sooooo much easier. I would love to make some good homemade applesauce … yum!
ooh! would love to replaced all the jarred stuff we’re feeding him (sweet potatoes, pears, apples, etc.) with homemade. i’m also a little scared of buying jarred food that has meat in it, and would feel better if i knew where the meat came from. thanks!
I would love to make lots of tasty things for my nephews!
I would LOVE to make all of Molly’s food with this–that would be wonderful!
Even though my LO is on mostly table food, he still loves his applesauce, and I would love to make him fresh applesauce this fall, and some mixed applesauces with other fruits and veggies
Well.. we plan to try for a second babe very very soon and I remember my first go around with trying to make baby food.. I tried using the magic bullet, my blender, steaming, baking, blending, it’ s was difficult, daunting, and TIME CONSUMING!! This would be PERFECT for the next time around! And maybe I could stick with it and not have to resort back to jars of store bought baby food!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEEAASSEEE!! :::fingers crossed:::
I would make EVERYTHING in it. I already make his food at home but I would LOVE to be able to stream and process in the same appliance instead of using a bunch of different things in my kitchen.
How exciting!? I would make John’s first cereal with brown rice. I was just reading how the boxed cereals are stripped of their bran & germ. As a working mother, I already feel like I miss so much of his life. I feel as though making his food is a way that I can provide for him when I am not there. It is just another way that I am rationalizing the balance between working and mothering.
I’ve been very interested in making baby food, but it seemed so time consuming. I work full time and I’m about to go back to school for my Masters degree. This would be a gift from Jesus!! I’d love to be able to make my little girl some different combinations she hasn’t tried yet because she loves trying new things! Keeping my fingers crossed because I LOVE this!!
I would love to make my daughter turkey with apples. She tried it while we were on vacation and LOVED it but I have just been too busy with work recently to make her food. This would be a huge help and time saver!
I would love to try sweet potatoes once the little one gets here and is ready to eat solids. I am a sweet potato lover and I know this kid will be too
I would make peas, my son loves them…I don’t know where he gets it from! But this would help so much, I would love to have an all in one device like this, so much easier!
i am currently pregnant with my 1st and absolutely plan on making all the baby food. Like you, it is really important to me that I know what my little one is consuming, staying away from preservatives and chemicals.
i would love to be able to do fruit and yummy sweet potatoes!!
I would love to win this! I’ll be working full time so easy food making will be a requirement in order to not be strapped in the kitchen instead of spending quality time with my daughter. I’d love to make her first veggies, fruit, turkey, chicken, etc all homemade. Knowing what she is eating and where it came from would be so rewarding!
I would love to be able to take everything from our garden and do something other than freeze or can them for my husband and myself. We are expecting our first princess any day now, and It would be so exciting to be able to make her food from our own garden!! So everything from pumpkin to squash, to wild sand plums. I am so excited for this chance!!!!
We don’t have kids, but I’d give it to a friend who is pregnant!
I’d love one because I AM that crunchy!
I just started making my 6.5 month old’s food, and while I am loving it, anything to make it easier would be great! We are about to introduce some proteins to her diet, so I would love to make her first chicken and sweet potato dinner.
thanks for hosting the giveaway!
My twins are now 11 weeks old and I plan on making all of their baby food. This would save me so much time and with a 2 year old and twins time is very precious!!
oooh I would love to make Noah his applesauce!! It is his absolute favorite!!
) thanks for this great giveaway!
the steam feature is awesome, I think I’ve never seen something so easy… this one is the closest to it http://www.osterbaby.com/
but is super pricey, and a pita to use it so no thanks.
I have also commited to making my babe all her own baby food and all organic, well as much as possible!! I want to make her everything, all her fruits veggies and also some mix dishes with meats and veggies and grains!!!
I would LOVE to start making all of my little guy’s food. I’ve learned the hard way that my little man has a sensitive tummy, so it would definitely make me feel better knowing what goes into his meals.
I would LOVE to win this!! My little girl will be 5 months old next week and I’m planning to start making her food in a few weeks so when she hits 6 months we’ll be ready to go:) I really want to teach her the good eating habits I never had as a child, and I’m hopefully making her food and introducing her to a variety of fruits and veggies early will help with that!
I already make K’s food, but, this would make it even more simple! I’m hestitant to start puree’ing meats, but, I might just have to take one for the team. I love making her food, and I really hope I have the time and ambition to make food for this next babe that I’m brewing!
My baby won’t be here until December, so I have a ways to go before I’ll be needing it, but I would so LOVE to have the Beaba BabyCook. I’ve been eyeing it ever since before our bean was conceived since I knew I’ll definitely be making our own baby food. Slight issue….I can’t cook. So anything to make things easier would be awesome!!
My sister-in-law has one of these and I’ve been insanely jealous of it since! Would love to dump my huge food processor and be able to have this piece in my kitchen!
My 1st baby will be here any day now and I’m so looking forward to sitting down and having family meals at our kitchen table that never gets used. The Beaba Babycook certainly would make cooking family meals a lot more fun, knowing that Baby Liam will be getting nutritious stuff right along with his mama!! I think I’d like to start with some applesauce because it sounds so delicious!
I would love to win this so I can cook all of my son’s meals! We planned on making his food to save money, but steaming in a seperate pot and then pureeing in a blender takes so much time and it would be great to have an all in one. My little guy LOVES sweet potatoes and I would love to be able to make those for him from scratch!
I feed the kid prunes every day, for digestive reasons. I make the puree myself, and have been known to forget it on the stove and burn a batch in a smelly, sticky mess. Would love to use this instead!
I would love this!! I’d really like to start making my little guy his food…everything that I can so that I know exactly what goes in it. Its time consuming but so worth it!!
I would make all sorts of things.. apples, sweet potatoes, peas… the list is endless! And much more healthy.
I have heard so many wonderful things about this gadget! I would love one!! To make all sorts of pure yummy’s for my little one : )
Good gracious, I’d make anything and everything! Would be awesome to be able to make it with little fuss and save money, too!
With Madison being such a picky eater, and still on some baby food, I would love to have a Beaba Babycook! I would love to make her some cinnamon sweet potatoes, or pear & mango puree. And with #2 on the way, I’ll be getting a lot of use out of the Beaba!
Oh, how much I would love to win this! Right now I’m washing and chopping and steaming and draining and then blending in very smaaaaaaal batches in my mini-prep…so time-consuming and messy! I would make everything for my baby in this if I won!
My little girl also suffers from acid reflux. I have been using my little black and decker chopper thingy to make baby food for her. Its just not cutting it. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win this to use instead of my bnd chopper..
I really wanted to buy this when we started making Marley’s food but it wasn’t in the budget. I love the all in one factor of this machine and that it takes up a little space. I think it would be great for apple, peach and blueberry puree. I like that you can add a bunch of things in there and go to town.
Since I’ve already ruined one pot making stewed prunes (my littlem an loves them with his yogurt) I’d have to start there.
I would love this because I could make a mixture of carrots and sweat peas because I can’t get Bella to eat her grennies unless I disguise them.
I would love to make Isabella’s food! She is not a big fan of green veggies and this would help me to make her some fresh vegetables that aren’t pureed to death!
I think this would be great for me. I currently make my own food with my huge food processor. It’s such a pain to have to clean for a little baby food! This would be nice to have an all in one kinda deal!
I would love this! My son adores applesauce, so that’s the first thing I would make!
We would love to have one of these but never bought one because of the price. This is a great giveaway!
I would love to make sweet potatoes, my fave!!!!
What would I make? All things fruit related and delicious, just like my mother made for me as a kid! My favorite – cinnamon applesauce, with fresh Michigan apples picked from the orchard across the street from our farm
I would love to put this bad boy to use. I will be making homemade food for my 6 month old in the coming weeks and I have been eyeing this one for a long time. So convenient. Love that I can use this to heat up purees from the freezer too.
I would love to make my sweet little Evan’s first pureed meal, which will probably be sweet potatoes! I can’t wait for him to try apples and pears too. It will be so much fun mixing it up with different combinations of fruits and veggies and adding spices!!! Can’t wait!
I would love, loe, LOVE, to make meat purees in the baby cook! Veggies, my husband and I have been making with a steam insert and a blender, but I don’t want meat in the same blender I use for smoothies!
I need this! I have never been introduced until now but I have to have it! If I dont win you have to tell us where you got a coupon!
OMG I totally want the BabyCook. My husband is a chef, and he has always said that he wants our kid to have the best palette ever, and he has always wanted to make baby food. I personally, would love to make some sweet potatoes and green beans for our little Baby Nugget, because those are 2 of my favorite veggies!
Oh my gosh! I’ve been wanting one of these, but I can’t afford one right now! I would love to be able to cook and blend all in one easy machine! I guess I would like to try to make some interesting flavor combinations like pears, peas, and squash.
I am making Ella’s babyfood and would LOVE a BabyCook so that I can make all her favorites – sweet potatoes, chicken, butternut squash!
I am currently making in all the old fashioned way and it is taking FOREVER! That, combined with the fact that my husband and I work about 70 hours a week is seriously cutting in to my babygirl cuddle time
The BabyCook would change my life…literally!
My baby girl looooves her veggies so I would make her some straight out of Mema and Papa’s garden!!!
I would love to have a BabyCook to make my DD’s first foods. We have yet to start solids, but I would really love to try making applesauce for her. It looks like it would be so easy with this!
I woud make meat purees! I don’t want to do meat in my blender, so I have been holding off on the meat dishes. I haven’t been able to convince DH that this is a necessity yet, so this would be so awesome!
I so want to try this! I have just been using an old blender and it is such a pain. I can’t imagine how much time this would save me. I would be forever grateful! I would definitely be making some chicken and apples for my LO!
Definitely sweet potatoes, yummy! I would seriously love to win this. I want to start making our own purees and I can’t think of a better way than this. Thanks for the chance!
I know someone who has one of these bad boys and have seen it in action. I desperately want one! I would love to make carrots for my daughter, she loves them!
Oh, cranberry applesauce…I have been inspired! I must have a BabyCook!
I would make green beans and peas for my little girl. She loves her veggies and it would be wonderful to make them for her.
The BabyCook looks like a lifesaver! My processor just went out on Tuesday and I am leaning towards this now. I would love to win! I would definitely make some sweet potatoes and chicken for my baby!
I would make peas and carrots for my LO. This looks so easy, I really need one!
The BabyCook looks like a dream come true…is it easy to clean?? I think I would make peaches and chicken for my daughter. Yummy!
I am thinking applesauce. This would be great…I am always hesitant to purchase packaged foods for my baby and would love to switch it up and go the homemade route. Better to know exactly what you are feeding them!
I would love to try this for the new one still baking.
I would have loved this when Oscar was smaller. Now I think I would make some fruit purees for popsicles!
I would love to try making beef and broccoli. It looks like it might even be fun with the BabyCook!
Oh, I’ve been eyeing this thing for a while now! Little Roo will be six months old next month so I’d love to make him sweet potatoes, peas and any pureed fruit. I want to save money this route and use organic fruits/veggies!
Peas! My LO loves peas, so that would be what we would do first. Thanks for a great giveaway!
I would love a Beaba Cook to make pureed meats for my little peanut. I can’t justify the cost at the moment, but I sure would love to win!
OH! I would love to win a Beaba! I have been wanting one of these for a while now. I would love to try some organic fruit purees.
This would be amazing. I already make my daughter’s food and food for a friend’s baby (she works full time and I stay at home). This would make things much quicker! The first thing I would make would be apples, Beckett’s favorite!
This would be so great for making my daughter’s meals. I would love to finally have her try some meats and this would be perfect to prepare them. I think DH might even get in on the action with this, it looks so easy!
I cannot even begin to tell you how much I want a BabyCook! This would be a huge blessing. I would love to make sweet potatoes!
Grean beans. I know it isn’t exciting, but it is what he loves most! I would love to win, thanks for the chance!
Wow, this would definitely simplify my life! My DD loves peaches, so we would surely be making some if we were to win.
I would love to make some pureed pumpkin in the fall, this would be perfect!
We just started solids and to be honest with you I never thought I would have the time to do the homemade thing. I think I could swing it with the BabyCook. I would love to try the cranberry applesauce, that sounds yummy! I think LO would love that!
I would love to make my baby food with this machine, some apple sauce from real apples, sweet potatoes from my garden and even strained/pureed peas
tbarrettno1 at gmail dot com
Definitely bananas and other fruits. Of course, this would open up a whole new world of meals for lil M!
I am thinking sweet potatoes first…then apples! Thanks for hosting a great giveaway!
I would become a master chef for my LO with this baby! I would love to take some of the veggies from my garden and puree them.
I hope I can win this! We are starting solids next week and this would just be amazing. We are going to start with cereal and sweet potatoes. This would be so helpful!
My baby loves apricots and chicken. The BabyCook would be perfect for preparing this! It takes forever to do it the old fashioned way, I would love to be spoiled.
I would love to use this for my next child!
I would bust out some awesome meat dishes with this. I am a little leery of doing those in my blender so I have been searching for something like this. I will keep my fingers crossed!
We would make some chicken, peaches, and apples!
I would love to try making carrots and sweet potatoes in the Beaba Cook. I think it looks so easy that I could even do it.
I really really (no, really) hate making foods with my processor so this would be awesome! I am thinking avocado!
Hmmm…maybe chicken and apricots? I would love to mix it up and create some exciting new things. The BabyCook looks wonderful. Thanks for the chance!
I want a BabyCook so badly! I would make all kinds of great things, but definitely sweet potatoes to start.
Ahhh…this would save SO much time! I would make squash and apples!
Chicken and peaches! Yummmmmm. I would love to win a BabyCook and then I could stop begging DH to get me one for my birthday. Yes, I am that pathetic!
My baby loves peas, so I would be making all kinds of fabulous dishes with peas.
I would love to have a Beaba. I would start out by making sweet potatoes and chicken. I think you could do a lot with this machine!
The BabyCook looks amazing. I would love to go down to our farmer’s market and pick up all kinds of veggies and fruits to start my LO on solids. I think I would like to try sweet potatoes first. This would be so great to win! Thanks.
Wow, this would open up so many possibilities! I would love to try some unique combinations of meats and fruits. It is such a pain to do it the “old fashioned” way.
I would love to win this for my sister and niece. She is just starting solids and this would be a great help to her. I would love to come over and make some yummy fruit treats for her since I am the favorite Auntie and all…
I would love to be able to make thicker foods because my daughter has bad reflux too and I think that would be so much better than the store bought stuff for her.
I would make carrots and chicken with the BabyCook. I don’t like doing the whole meat thing in my blender, it really just doesn’t work all that well so this would be great.
I have also been dealing with reflux issues and think this would be perfect to create some thicker foods. The packaged ones just aren’t cutting it! Plus it would ease my mind to be able to go organic and know that LO is getting the best possible foods!
I have to say, we are due to start solids in a couple of weeks and I will NOT purchase any at the store. One of my good friends just found a piece of a bug in the bottom of some green beans and I am just disgusted at the thought! I would love to have the Beaba Cook to make sweet potatoes to start. I am sure making baby food can be a lot of work, but this looks like it simplifies the whole process for you.
I would definitely rock out in the kitchen with this! I want to make some chicken and peaches…I have heard that it is a great combo! Thanks for the chance at a great giveaway!
I would like to win this to make peas and carrots for my little girl!
We are just getting to the meat stage and I would like to try making it at home. I always thought it would be so messy and time consuming, but this looks too easy! I think I would try making some chicken first.
My first baby is 2 months old now and the Beaba babycook was the one item on my baby registry that I REALLY wanted…but didn’t receive. Bummer!! I have yet to purchase it because I’m choosing to take an unpaid extended leave from work and Husband just doesn’t UNDERSTAND why I NEED it!!
I love the fact that you share recipes and ideas on your website and am looking forward to using some of those when Liam needs “real” food. I think throwing the meat in there is pretty cool…sort of gross…but cool.
My baby is brand new and I can’t imagine giving her anything but the best! I can’t wait to expose her to all sorts of fruits and veggies especially avocado, sweet potatoes, chicken and bananas! There are some great cook books for baby purees!
i would LOVE to make my daughter her own food!! I just havent yet bc it seems a little daunting, and this would totally make it easier. I would be ridiculously excited if i won this
I would love to win this for my wife to help make baby food prep a whole lot easier for her. Heck, I think I could even do it with this. I could whip up a batch of applesauce…no problem!
I would love to win this for my next baby. I made most of my daughters food in a food processor, which was fine. Who wouldnt want this lovely gadget? ME, ME, ME!!!
Oh man I would make applesauce, homemade baby food is my guilty pleasure. At the moment I do it the old fashion way this would be great!!
I would love to make Carsyns baby food! I didn’t make Dustyns because it was so time consuming! This would be great!!
I would LOVELOVE to make my daughters food…she is getting into 3rd stages and I can make what I want rather than pick what’s at the store!
Wow, I would have loved to have this when James was a baby! I will absolutely use it for my next baby! I made 90% of the food for James and this would simplify things so much- no more dirty pans and no more messing with the food processor (which works but my loving husband broke part of the lid three days after we got it…so you have to hold the lid down the whole time it’s on or it won’t run).
I’d make all Tyler’s veggies in this. I love doing fresh veggies for him and this will be perfect when I don’t have as much time when school starts again.
My little food processor is on the outs! I love making vegas’ baby food. Its rewarding for me to know i know exactly ehat is going in her little tummy! Her favorite thing i make is sweet potatoes, she has the orange nnose to prove it!
I would love to cook the veggies in my garden for Jack and have him eat them! I tired using my food processor, and I don’t think I am getting the correct result.
I would cook up the veggies from our garden. Shelby loves her veggies. And it would be great to use for #2!
My daughter loves fruit, so I would fix her different fruit combinations.
I hide veggies in my hubby’s food, so I’d use it for that until we have a little one. About to start TTC!!
Yams!! They’re my favorite!
I would be able to get LO to eat more of his veggies and meats that he will not normally eat! That would be such a load off my mind.
We are trying to get pregnant right now but I have always said I would want to make my babies food! I love that you know exactly what they are getting without all the extra preservatives and stuff. Nice giveaway!
My daughter will soon be starting on solids and I have already decided to prepare all her baby food at home for her. I have done a lot of research on how to prepare baby food and it all sounds so time consuming. Since I will be starting college soon this would really help to cut down on the time it takes to prepare her food, while leaving me with the peace of mind that my little angel is getting the very best I can give her. I would be preparing her everything from her first fruits and veggies to meat and many fabulous combinations of food!
I’ve been making all my daughter’s food too. I would make apples since its such a pain to cook them in the oven first. This would be so much nicer!
I’m all about healthy for baby, easy, and free!!!! My 7 month old has reflux too, and I never though about controlling the consistency, thats awesome!!!
Yams, fruit, veggies, EVERYTHING. Really want this!! Little one will be starting baby food very soon!
I would love one of these i am using a blender and it sucks. I would love to make baby food that contains raisins Corbin loves raisins.
I just started Rowe on solids almost a month ago and I have been wanting so badly to make her own food but as a single working mom I just haven’t gotten a chance!
I would make anything and everything I could. She LOVES veggies so I would for sure do that and when she gets a little older I would def throw in whatever my meal is and make it her own!
I would love love love to make everything I could for my daughter! I just started adventure of baby food making this past weekend, but with my teeny tiny mini food processor it was kind of a pain. I made sweet potatoes, or tried to. I forgot to take them out of the oven when I turn it off, and they were giant soggy messes after sitting in there for 2 plus hours. So, basically the Beaba Babycook would be great for Mommy-Brain moments like that!
My little guy loves anything that has to do with food. It would be so nice to start mixing it up and making his food to the consistancy that he likes since all the purees are lacking in anything remotely looking like texture…
Thank you so much for posting this. I had no idea it existed. My daughter has reflux as well and we have been putting cereal in her solids to thick it up a bit. I would love to make her sweet potatoes in this.
I want one of these SO bad! I would make anything I could for W. I love to cook so naturally I want to make his food!
E only eats veggies in the pureed form…and she’s almost 2. I feel guilty, but that means we don’t do many veggies, because it’s a hassle to steam, use the food processor, and then clean the pot and all the food processor parts. Looks like this would save so much time!
I would just love one of these!!! I would make all kinds of tasty treats for my nine-month-old boy, Tyler. I think I’d start with his favorite food, SWEET POTATOES!!
I would be so excited to win this! I would love to try making some chicken and beef meals for my little one. It looks like a great big time saver.
I want to make some sweet potatoes for Emma! I am keeping my fingers crossed, we could really use this!
If I won I would love to start making some pureed vegetables from our garden. We haven’t started solids yet, but plan to in the next few weeks. Thanks for the chance!
I would love to make a baby version of chicken and noodles.
Oh, I would so LOVE to win the Beaba! I have had my eye on this for a couple of months now in anticipation of the solids stage. I would love to make sweet potatoes and chicken for Lil S!
I desperately want a Beaba Cook to make meats for my LO. The thought of doing that in my blender just makes me a little queasy! Thanks for an awesome giveaway!
I would love to have a BabyCook to make peas and carrots. The task of baby food making looked so complicated and stressful until reading this review. I definitely think that I could do it now!
We start solids next month and this is one item on my registry that I did not receive and want so badly! I don’t think there is any way around it, the Beaba BabyCook is a necessity! One of my good friends has one and it has just been a lifesaver for their family. Working full time does not leave a momma with much time to spare for these important tasks and this handy little appliance would make life so much easier. I would love to try making applesauce and sweet potatoes, but I am guessing that the possibilities are almost endless!
I have to say, I have wanted to try making baby food since I know we will be starting solids in the next month. I have always been intimidated at the thought, but I think with the BabyCook I could make it happen. I would love to make some of the cranberry applesauce that you speak of…that sounds delish! Oh, please help this mommy out!
I would love to start with something fun like applesauce, but I love how many options there are to make!
I would soooo made sweet potatoes!!!! just discovered them as an adult, would love to make them for LO!!!
Pick me!!! I have spent the last two days steaming, baking, blending, and storing lots and lots of food and I would love for the process to be easier.
Either she is sick, scared, or doesn’t like its evirnment. Any vet should be able to at least answer question most should be able to take care of your pet.
This is my first time visiting your blog. I do envy you since you seem to get a lot more comments then I do. Do you have any secret tips on how I can get more comments or do I just have to be paitent? Anyway, keep up the good work.
Ciao, Jessica here. I fully believe what you said in the first subsection, however I can’t say that I believe the entire post in general. Anyways I’m subscribing to your blog, cya!

I simply desired to thank you very much all over again. I do not know what I could possibly have followed without the type of opinions discussed by you over such industry. It had been a difficult problem in my position, but being able to view this well-written way you solved that took me to cry over gladness.
